You may be going through life changes that are causing internal conflict, struggling with depression and anxiety that is impacting your day to day, or having a hard time finding the motivation to make changes within yourself. I believe it is inevitable that life will throw challenges our way, and it is in the way that we respond to these that will help us reach our goals. Everyone holds the ‘answers’ to their problems somewhere within them, and through guided talk-therapy, I can assist you in enhancing your innate repertoire of skills to find the meaning and motivation within yourself, even when it may seem impossible.
Through personal and professional experiences, I have encountered navigating life changes, grief, disordered eating/negative body image, depression/anxiety and more. Whatever you may be struggling with, we can explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviors with compassion and understanding, using a variety of techniques best suited to you.
My goal is to empower you to overcome obstacles, build resilience, and thrive in all areas of your life.
